What size are the templates?
All templates are set at 220mm (w) x 92mm (h). These are suitable for both 10oz and 11oz mugs.

What file format are the templates?
All templates supplied are PSD files which are fully editable allowing you to add text and insert images.

What software can I use to edit the templates?
We recommend Photoshop as the preferred method of editing the template. Alternatively a great free application called 'Gimp' will allow you to make changes. You can download here www.gimp.org

What happens once I have purchased a template?
Once you have made your purchase you will receive a confirmation by email which will include a link to download the template(s)

Please note: Due to the nature of any purchase we cannot offer any form of refund.

What if I have any problem?

What payment methods do you accept? 
All transactions are securely processed via PayPal or by Credit card.  

Do I have to have a PayPal account to Pay?
No. A debit or credit card is sufficient.
